Sergeants. 1. Sergeants with one (1) year of full-time service as defined in section B of this article, and at least one hundred (100) merit points shall receive a (Merit Level I) base salary increase of four and a half (4 ½) percent up to a maximum base salary of $92,970.00. 2.
