Separate Funds. This Agreement shall be construed to be made by Acorn as a separate agreement with respect to each Fund, and under no circumstances shall the rights, obligations or remedies with respect to a particular Fund be deemed to constitute a right, obligation or remedy applicable to any other Fund.
