Separate Funds. This Agreement shall be construed to be made by each Trust as a separate agreement with respect to each Fund, and under no circumstances shall the rights, obligations or remedies with respect to a particular Fund be deemed to constitute a right, obligation or remedy applicable to any other Fund.

The designation and establishment of the various funds, accounts and subaccounts in and by this Agreement shall not be construed to require the establishment of any completely independent, self-balancing funds as such term is commonly defined and used in governmental accounting, but rather is intended solely to constitute an earmarking of certain revenues, expenses and deposits for certain purposes and to establish certain priorities for application of such revenues, expenses and deposits as herein provided.
