Seniority While on Workers' Compensation Board Claim. Any employee on a claim recognized by the Workers' Compensation Board shall be credited with service seniority equivalent to what they would have earned had they not been absent and had been able to work. An auxiliary employee shall not be credited for service towards benefits for periods of time when they would otherwise have been on layoff.
