Seniority Sequence. In the event that more than one employee starts work on the same date, seniority will be determined by the drawing of lots. First name drawn will be the most senior person, second name drawn the second most senior, and so on until all employees in the group receive their seniority order. The Union Chairperson or his/her designated representative will act as a witness to the draw.
