Common use of Senior Foreign Political Figure Clause in Contracts

Senior Foreign Political Figure. To the best of the Purchaser’s knowledge, none of: (1) the Purchaser; (2) any person controlling or controlled by the Purchaser; (3) if the Purchaser is a privately-held entity, any person having a beneficial interest in the Purchaser; or (4) any person for whom the Purchaser is acting as agent or nominee in connection with this investment is a senior foreign political figure[2], or any immediate family[3] member or close associate[4] of a senior foreign political figure, as such terms are defined in the footnotes below; and

Senior Foreign Political Figure. To the best of the Purchaser’s knowledge, none of: (1) the Purchaser; (2) any person controlling or controlled by the Purchaser; (3) if the Purchaser is a privately-held entity, any person having a beneficial interest in the Purchaser; or (4) any person for whom the Purchaser is acting as agent or nominee in connection with this investment is a senior foreign political figure[2figure [2], or any immediate family[3family [3] member or close associate[4associate [4] of a senior foreign political figure, as such terms are defined in the footnotes below; and
