When Xxxxxx learns that any of its equipment will be removed from or returned to service, and any such removal or return may affect the ability of the Facility to make the Energy Storage Services available to Company, Seller shall notify Company as soon as practicable and any unit shut-down shall be coordinated with Company in advance to the extent practicable.
