Self-Representation. When an employee covered by this Agreement chooses to be self-represented in the presentation of a grievance, no adjustment of the grievance will be inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement. Prior to the adjustment of any such grievance, notification of the right to be present at the adjustment will be given to the appropriate OPBA representative.
