Selection. Wachovia shall place and maintain Foreign Assets in the care of one or more Eligible Foreign Custodians. In performing its responsibilities to place and maintain Foreign Assets with an Eligible Foreign Custodian, Wachovia shall determine that the Eligible Foreign Custodian will hold Foreign Assets in the exercise of reasonable care, based on the standards applicable to custodians in the jurisdiction or market in which the Foreign Assets will be held by that Eligible Foreign Custodian, after considering all factors relevant to the safekeeping of such assets, including, without limitation:
