Selection Stage. The stage of a Development Phase during which the Operator, with the assistance of the Project Team, if applicable, will determine whether to: (a) install a Development System on the Contract Area, or (b) tie-back to, and utilize, (i) a Development System resulting from a previous Development Phase or (ii) a development system and/or facilities located outside the Contract Area in order to produce Hydrocarbons.
