Selection Priorities. The consideration of applicants for selection shall be based on the following priorities:
A. Re-employment of regular full-time employees separated from the Department through no fault of their own within the previous twelve (12) months.
B. Regular full-time department employees at lower levels who are qualified for and desirous of the promotion.
C. Applicants who are properly qualified including employees in other City Departments and those not now or never having been regular full-time employees.

Selection Priorities. In selecting eligi- ble members of the armed forces to receive as- sistance under the Program, the Secretary—
(A) shall give priority to members who—
(i) have educational or military experi- ence in science, mathematics, special edu- cation, foreign language, or career or tech- nical subjects; and
(ii) agree to seek employment as science, mathematics, foreign language, or special education teachers in elementary schools or secondary schools or in other schools under the jurisdiction of a local edu- cational agency; and
(B) may give priority to members who agree to seek employment in a high-need school.
Selection Priorities. If more than one qualified nonprofit organization or public body submits an offer to pur- chase the project at the same time, pri- ority will be given to local nonprofit organizations and public bodies over regional and national nonprofit organi- zations or public bodies. When select- ing between offers equally meeting all other criteria, the borrower will first consider the success of the nonprofit organization’s or public body’s pre- vious experience in developing and maintaining subsidized housing, with preference given to the most success- ful. If the offers continue to be equal, the borrower will then consider the number of years experience that the nonprofit organization or public body has had in developing and maintaining subsidized housing, with preference given to the greater number of years.
Selection Priorities. Flyers and information regarding federal income guidelines for both programs and service delivery area information will be available at recruitment events, program offices, schools and community agencies within the service area. Communication and collaboration with the school district’s Homeless Liaison and Head Start staff will be ongoing and as needed for the purpose of providing quality services to the homeless community.
Selection Priorities. 1. Total funds available for leave may not allow the Faculty Leave Committee to recommend approval of all the leave applications that otherwise would be approved. In such a situation the Committee recommends approval of applications first on the basis of the quality of the application and on the applicant’s research record. The Committee may also rank applications according to the following priorities:
a) First priority is given to applications of staff members who are applying for their first Research and Study Leave in terms of their appointment at this University and who will have accumulated the maximum eligibility of 12 months at the time of their intended departure for leave.
b) Second priority is given to applications of staff members who are applying for their second or subsequent Research and Study Leave in the terms of their appointment at this University and who will have accumulated the maximum eligibility of 12 months at the time of their intended departure of leave; and
c) Thereafter as many applicants are selected for approval as the available funds allow. In selecting applicants the main consideration will be the judgement of the Leave Committee as to the strength of the applications in terms of the extent to which the leave period will enable the staff members to further their teaching and research. Other factors which are taken favourably into account include (not in any order of priority):
i) The fact that a staff member is making their first application for Research and Study Leave in terms of their appointment at this University, especially if the staff member has had no previous opportunity of academic experience outside New Zealand.
ii) The fact that this is the last leave available to the staff member before retirement; and
iii) The fact that the proposed timing is particularly appropriate, for instance, because the staff member has obtained a prestigious fellowship or award.
2. Applicants refused leave at the normal time of consideration in June because of lack of funds are, if they so desire, given renewed consideration should further funds become available by November in the year of application.
3. Staff members whose leave applications are declined in terms of this selection procedure may apply in any subsequent year but their applications will not be given any special priority.

The process to evaluate and select the joint experiments will consider the following points: • Scientific merit • Quality of the project • Innovation of the project • Detailed definition of Test Plan • Competence of the applicants • Cooperation between several research groups from European states • Compatibility with EERA Wind SRA • Support SET-Plan priorities • Sharing of national infrastructures • Stimulation of cooperation and alignment of nationally financed activities • Creating open access dataset of value for the European wind energy research and industrial sector One of the main priorities is that the proposed experiment should ▇▇▇▇▇▇ cooperation between several research groups from several European states, and contribute to the alignment and support of nationally financed projects. Priority will be given to the joint experiments that will have direct impact in national research activities.
