Common use of Selection Period Clause in Contracts

Selection Period. The School Committee shall cooperate with Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Maine to conduct a selection period to allow qualified teachers to choose between the above plan options during the first full week in May each year, and the effective date of any changes made during the selection period shall be September 1 of that year.
