Selection Criteria for Work Assignments. In all cases of job competition, the Univer- sity’s selection criteria shall include but not be limited to: qualifications (academic and pro- fessional), teaching competence, capability, skill and ability, and prior relevant experience. In cases where applicants are considered to be relatively equal in the opinion of the Univer- sity, the senior applicant shall be awarded the work assignment.
