Selected Target Identification. During the POC Phase, the Parties shall consult on and discuss at the JSC any Target being considered by a Party, either by selection from the Target List or the POC Target. The JSC shall agree upon which two Targets will be selected for co-development. The date of such selection by the JSC, as evidenced in minutes of the applicable JSC meeting, shall be the “Acceptance Date” for such two Targets. The JSC shall also designate which of the two Selected Targets is the Bellicum Target and which is the Adaptimmune Target.
