Local Network definition

Local Network means the internal computer network used by the Client to link the Client's employees, including Transaction Initiators, regardless of their individual physical location and includes the Local Network Server, and any enterprise resource planning system or other management system used by the Client, but does not include the H2H Client Server;
Local Network refers to computers located on a single physical site, including the surrounding campus and satellite offices located within 1 kilometer of the Client site address.
Local Network shall consist of those networks of Transmission Facilities identified on Attachment E of the ISO OATT as of the Operations Date. The Local Networks shall only be changed to reflect the effectuation of a merger, acquisition, or consolidation and reorganization, to add a new PTO from outside of the New England Control Area, or to reflect the withdrawal from the ISO of a PTO.

More Definitions of Local Network

Local Network is the transmission facilities constituting a local network identified on Attachment E to the Tariff, and any other local network or change in the designation of a Local Network as a Local Network which the Participants Committee may designate or approve from time to time. The Participants Committee may not unreasonably withhold approval of a request by a Participant that it effect such a change or designation.
Local Network means the local telecommunications connection in each Service destination country between the Customer terminal equipment and the International Service Network. Ready for Service Date shall mean the date at which the Customer may operate the Service.
