Select Bypass Sample Clauses

The Select Bypass clause allows a party to skip or override a standard selection process or procedure outlined in an agreement. In practice, this might enable a party to directly choose a vendor, service provider, or method without following the usual competitive bidding or approval steps. This clause is typically used to expedite decision-making in urgent situations or when the standard process is impractical, thereby providing flexibility and reducing administrative delays.

Select Bypass. The selected elements are bypassed. In the Bypass field on the status bar, the number of bypassed elements is increased by two elements. To remove the bypass from the elements, repeat all previous steps but select Un- bypass in step 6.
