Select Bypass Sample Clauses

The Select Bypass clause allows a party to skip or override a standard selection process or procedure outlined in an agreement. In practice, this might enable a party to directly choose a vendor, service provider, or method without following the usual competitive bidding or approval steps. This clause is typically used to expedite decision-making in urgent situations or when the standard process is impractical, thereby providing flexibility and reducing administrative delays.

To remove the bypass from the elements, repeat all previous steps but select Un- bypass in step 6. Depending on the configuration and the structure of the panel, it is possible that signaling devices cannot be bypassed individually but only all at once. In this case, the NACAll list field is offered in step 4 instead of the selection list.
