Select Bypass Sample Clauses

The Select Bypass clause allows a party to skip or override a standard selection process or procedure outlined in an agreement. In practice, this might enable a party to directly choose a vendor, service provider, or method without following the usual competitive bidding or approval steps. This clause is typically used to expedite decision-making in urgent situations or when the standard process is impractical, thereby providing flexibility and reducing administrative delays.
Select Bypass. The selected elements are bypassed. In the Bypass field on the status bar, the number of bypassed elements is increased by two elements. To remove the bypass from the elements, repeat all previous steps but select Un- bypass in step 6. Depending on the configuration and the structure of the panel, it is possible that signaling devices cannot be bypassed individually but only all at once. In this case, the NACAll list field is offered in step 4 instead of the selection list.

  • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
