Common use of Seizure of the Aircraft Clause in Contracts

Seizure of the Aircraft. Lessee shall not do, and shall use all lawful and reasonable efforts to prevent, any act which could reasonably be expected to result in any Aircraft, any Airframe or any Engine being arrested, confiscated, seized, taken in execution, attached, impounded, forfeited, detained in exercise or purported exercise of any registered or possessory lien or other claim or otherwise taken from the possession of Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee, and if any such arrest, confiscation, seizure, execution, taking, attachment, impoundment, forfeiture, detention or other loss of possession occurs, Lessee shall give Lessor immediate notice thereof and shall forthwith procure the prompt release of such Aircraft, Airframe or Engine.
