  • Costs and Payments During the period that Sprint PCS is curing a breach or operating the Service Area Network under this Section 11.6.3, Sprint PCS and Manager will continue to make any and all payments due to the other party and to third parties under this agreement, the Services Agreement and any other agreements to which such party is bound, except that Sprint PCS may deduct from its payments to Manager all reasonable costs and expenses incurred by Sprint PCS in connection with the exercise of its right under this Section 11.6.3. Sprint PCS' operation of the Service Area Network pursuant to this Section 11.6.3 is not a substitution for Manager's performance of its obligations under this agreement and does not relieve Manager of its other obligations under this agreement.

  • ALLOWABLE COSTS AND PAYMENTS A. The method of payment for this contract will be based on actual cost plus a fixed fee. COUNTY will reimburse CONSULTANT for actual costs (including labor costs, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental costs, overhead and other direct costs) incurred by CONSULTANT in performance of the work. CONSULTANT will not be reimbursed for actual costs that exceed the estimated wage rates, employee benefits, travel, equipment rental, overhead, and other estimated costs set forth in the approved CONSULTANT’S COST PROPOSAL as referenced and defined in Exhibit “C”, unless additional reimbursement is provided for by contract amendment. In no event, will CONSULTANT be reimbursed for overhead costs at a rate that exceeds COUNTY’s approved overhead rate set forth in the COST PROPOSAL. In the event, that COUNTY determines that a change to the work from that specified in the COST PROPOSAL and AGREEMENT is required, the AGREEMENT time or actual costs reimbursable by COUNTY shall be adjusted by written agreement or task order to accommodate the changed work. The maximum total cost as specified in Paragraph “H” shall not be exceeded, unless authorized by written agreement.

  • COSTS AND PAYMENT The payment by AT&T of Project Management Drivers is full compensation for Contractor providing Program Management Services to AT&T.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in Exhibit A - Statement of Work and elsewhere hereunder.   • Personal Expenses Personal expenses for purposes of this Article are defined as dry cleaning, laundry, baggage handling, and personal telephone calls. Employees continuing in a travel status in excess of one week who do not return home during that week may claim reimbursement not to exceed $16.00 per week for laundry and dry cleaning and pressing expenses for each week after the first week. If an employee returns home during a period of time in which he/she continues in travel status, the employee is not eligible for reimbursement for laundry, dry cleaning or pressing in the subsequent week. Receipts must accompany the claim for reimbursement. The employee's judgment is to be used regarding baggage handling expense. Actual personal telephone call charges shall be reimbursed. Documentation is not required; however, an Agency may, at its discretion, request documentation of charges to be reimbursed. The maximum reimbursement for each trip shall be the result of multiplying the number of nights away from home by three dollars ($3.00).

  • Settlement Funding and Payments (a) Rite Aid agrees to pay up to twenty million and nine-hundred thousand dollars and no cents ($20,900,000), in order to fully and finally resolve the Wage-Hour Lawsuits in their entirety, inclusive of all Attorneys’ Fees and Lawsuit Costs; interest; Administration Costs; liquidated, punitive and multiplier of damages; taxes; payroll taxes, Employer Payroll Taxes, and Incentive Awards, if any.
