SEFA Reporting. i) IHCDA will identify Emergency Acts expenditures separately on the IHCDA Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA). ii) IHCDA will inform its subrecipients of the requirement to separately report Emergency Act expenditures separately on the entity’s Schedules of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA).
