Seed. This work consists of furnishing and placing required seed mix on all areas disturbed under this contract and on any other areas specified.
Seed. The seed to be applied shall be certified recleaned seed of the latest crop. The seed shall be delivered in the standard size bags of the vendor, showing species, weight, germination and purity. Specified seed quantities listed on the Seed Mixtures chart refer to pure live seed. Delivery tickets, labels or other evidence of amounts and locations of seed applied shall be supplied to the Company Inspector.
Seed. A. Grass seed shall be fresh, clean, dry new crop seed complying with purity and germination requirements stipulated herein. All cultivars must be on the current “Virginia Turfgrass Variety Recommendations” or in the top 25 for transitional zone sites-overall of the latest National Turfgrass Evaluation Program (NTEP) as approved by Project Officer with confirmation by the Landscape Architect. The Turf-type Tall Fescue component shall be comprised of a minimum of two cultivars with each cultivar comprising neither less than 30 percent nor more than 70 percent of the blend. The use of K-31 Tall Fescue or Common Kentucky Bluegrass in the mix is prohibited. Seed. Customer represents and warrants that all grain sold pursuant to this Agreement has not been grown from, comingled with or otherwise exposed to seed which has not received full and final approval for importation and use from the applicable authorities in the United States, Japan, Mexico, and other export markets. CFS may reject any delivery that does not comply with this paragraph.
Seed. A. General: delivered in original containers, unopened and bearing dealer’s warranty analysis. Maximum crop and weed content shall be 0.10% each. Noxious weeds (Colorado lists A, B and C) are not permitted. Seed mix shall be supplied on basis of pure live seed (P.L.S.) in pounds. Formula for determining quantity of P. Seed. The seed mix/mixes shall be as noted in the Table 13/1, selected to meet the specific design and site requirements prevalent. Mixtures can be modified to meet specific design/ecological requirements as shown on the contract drawings.
