Common use of Security Service Clause in Contracts

Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Leased Premises or Building and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Leased Premises or Building or any other breach of security with respect to the Leased Premises or Building. Tenant shall, at all times, secure the Leased Premises to prevent unlawful or uninvited entry thereon.

Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Leased Premises or Building and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other injury (including death) or damage suffered or incurred by Tenant or its employees or agents in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Leased Premises or Building or any other breach of security with respect to the Leased Premises or BuildingPremises. There shall be no charges assessed to Tenant shall, at all times, secure for security services as part of the Leased Premises to prevent unlawful or uninvited entry thereonOperating Expenses.

Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Leased Premises or Building Tenant's Off-Premises Equipment and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Leased Premises or Building any area where Tenant's Off-Premises Equipment is located or any other breach of security with respect to the Leased Premises or Building. Tenant shall, at all times, secure the Leased Tenant's Off-Premises to prevent unlawful or uninvited entry thereonEquipment.

Security Service. Tenant acknowledges and agrees that Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Leased Premises or Building and that except to the extent of the gross negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its agents, contractors or employees, Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other injury (including death) or damage suffered or incurred by Tenant or its employees or agents in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Leased Premises or Building or any other breach of security with respect to the Leased Premises or Building. Tenant shall, at all times, secure the Leased Premises to prevent unlawful or uninvited entry thereonPremises.
