Security Measures and Procedures. All users of University information systems, including Datatel, Novell and FDU email accounts, are supplied with an individual user account to access the data or systems necessary for the completion of their job responsibilities. Users of the University information systems are required to follow the procedures outlined below:

ARCH shall provide physical and logical protection for ▇▇▇▇ hardware, software, applications and data that meet or exceed physical and logical protection practices observed by ▇▇▇▇ prior to the Distribution Date. This may include, without limitation, the use of: 1) electronic or physical locks, 2) system identifiers and passwords, 3) database locks and passwords, and 4) periodic audit security checks.
