Common use of Security Management Plan Clause in Contracts

Security Management Plan. a) The Operator must provide a security management plan for the City’s approval at least ten Business Days prior to occupation of the Licensed Area. b) The Operator must comply with the security management plan as approved by the City at all times. c) The security plan may be reviewed by the City from time to time, and the City may request that the Operator amend the security plan as it deems necessary.
