Common use of Security Lighting Clause in Contracts

Security Lighting. Lessor shall install security lighting at all entrances to the Leased Premises and in the parking lots adjacent to the Leased Premises at its expense; provided, however, the Lessor shall make no representation or warranty as to the sufficiency or adequacy of such lighting or the effectiveness thereof for security.
