Common use of Security Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Security Enforcement. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Deed, in the event of the enforcement of any security pursuant to or in connection with the Shareholder Debt Facilities: (i) Shareholder shall be permitted to Transfer the Covered Shares pursuant to or in connection with such enforcement; and (ii) in the event of any Transfer of the Covered Securities pursuant to (i), this Deed shall terminate immediately upon completion of such Transfer and the Shareholder shall have no further obligations hereunder.
