Common use of Security Enforcement Clause in Contracts

Security Enforcement. To the extent legally possible in the relevant jurisdiction, the Security Documents will allow the Holders to enforce their Security without any restriction from: (i) the constitutional documents of the relevant Obligor; (ii) any company which is or whose assets are the subject of such Security (but subject to any inalienable statutory rights which the company may have to challenge such enforcement); or (iii) any shareholders of the foregoing not party to the relevant Security Document.
