Security Agreement. Each , and Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms confirms that the rights and remedies of Agent Secured Parties with respect to the security interest interests in the Product Trademarks, Product Trademark Collateral made Applications and Licenses relating to the Product Trademarks granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Patent and Trademark Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated herein by reference herein as if fully set forth hereinreference.

Security Agreement. The security interests granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product ProvidersHolders, pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

Security Agreement. The security interests granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Agent, for the benefit on behalf of the Lender Group itself and the Bank Product ProvidersNote Holders, pursuant to the General Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the General Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

Security Agreement. The security interests interest granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are is granted in conjunction with the security interests interest granted to Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product Providers, Agent pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor Agreement and Grantors hereby acknowledges acknowledge and affirms affirm that the rights and remedies of the Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral Trademarks made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein. In the event that any provision of this Trademark Security Agreement is deemed to conflict with the Security Agreement, the provisions of the Security Agreement shall control.

Security Agreement. The security interests granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Agent, for the benefit on behalf of the Lender Group itself and the Bank Product ProvidersLenders, pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor Grantors hereby acknowledges acknowledge and affirms affirm that the rights and remedies of Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

Security Agreement. The security interests granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to the Collateral Agent, for the benefit of the Lender Group and the Bank Product ProvidersCredit Parties, pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of the Collateral Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.

Security Agreement. The security interests granted pursuant to this Trademark Security Agreement are granted in conjunction with the security interests granted to Administrative Agent, for the benefit on behalf of the Lender Group itself and the Bank Product ProvidersLenders, pursuant to the Security Agreement. Each Grantor hereby acknowledges and affirms that the rights and remedies of Administrative Agent with respect to the security interest in the Trademark Collateral made and granted hereby are more fully set forth in the Security Agreement, the terms and provisions of which are incorporated by reference herein as if fully set forth herein.
