Common use of Securitisation Regulation – EU Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Securitisation Regulation – EU Reporting Requirements. (i) VWFS as Servicer undertakes to the Issuer that, pursuant to the EU Securitisation Regulation, it will make the information available to the Lenders, to the Noteholders, to competent authorities, as referred to in Article 29 of the EU Securitisation Regulation and to potential Lenders and Noteholders, that the Issuer is required to make available pursuant to and in compliance with the Securitisation Regulation (EU) Disclosure Requirements. The Servicer will make such information available to the EU Securitisation Repository.
