Common use of Sector Manager Clause in Contracts

Sector Manager. The Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Sector shall appoint a manager of the Sector (the “Manager”), which Manager shall have the authority to manage the day-to-day business of the Sector and submit all sector reports as required by NMFS.
