Spawning Block Exemption. If approved by GARFO, Participating Vessels are not required to 26 comply with the 20-day spawning block (March–May) requirement. Participating Vessels must 27 continue to comply with all other applicable spawning season restrictions not specifically noted as 28 exempted herein, in accordance with the groundfish FMP and GARFO regulations.
