Section Titles for Convenience Only. The titles of the sections in this Agreement are used only for convenience of reference and organization, and shall not be used to modify, explain, or interpret any of the provisions of this Agreement or the intentions of the Parties. Reference to a given section of this Agreement shall be deemed to include all subsections of that section.
