Section B - Definitions. A grievance is a claim filed by a grievant that a dispute or disagreement exists regarding the interpretation or application of this Agreement. The claim must, in all cases, be filed within twenty (20) workdays in which the employee was affected or had knowledge of the alleged violation. (See Grievance Form, Appendix G)
