Common use of Section 9.2.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.2.1. At the time of separation from school district employment due to retirement or death, an employee 14 eligible to retire or the employee’s estate shall receive remuneration at a rate equal to one (1) day’s 15 current monetary compensation for each four (4) days accrued leave for illness or injury. (RCW 16 28A.400.210 and WAC 392.136.020).
