Common use of Section 8.3. Vacations Clause in Contracts

Section 8.3. Vacations. 32 Upon completion of the first year of service with the District, each eight (8) hour, twelve (12) month 33 employee shall be granted ten (10) days paid vacation per year. Upon completion of the fifth (5th) year 34 of service, each eight (8) hour, twelve (12) month employee shall be granted one (1) additional day 35 paid vacation for each year to a maximum of twenty (20) days paid vacation per year.
