Common use of Section 7.9.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.9.4. 6 All hours worked on Sunday shall be compensated at the rate of twice the employee's regular 7 hourly rate, EXCEPT: bus drivers driving extra trips designated as ski trips shall be limited to 8 time and one-half of that base rate, as specified within Section 20.6.5.
