Common use of Section 7.8.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.8.2. 6 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at a rate of one and 7 one-half (1-1/2) times the employee's base rate.

Section 7.8.2. 6 28 All hours worked on the sixth (6th) consecutive day shall be compensated at a rate of one and 7 29 one-half (1-1/21½) times the employee's base rate.
