Section 7.5.1.1 Sample Clauses

Section 7.5.1.1. 41 Any foodservice position that will be unfilled (and is expected to be) for (5) five or 42 more workdays shall be made available to members on a seniority basis by building and 43 the remaining position(s) will be filled by seniority from a list of all cooks who would 44 gain time and then the position may be filled with a substitute.
Section 7.5.1.1. 47 When a permanent bargaining unit employee accepts a temporary position before 48 January 1, the permanent position to be vacated will be considered a temporary leave- 1 replacement position and will be posted and hired. When a permanent bargaining unit 2 employee accepts a temporary position after January 1, the permanent position to be 3 vacated will not be considered as a temporary position and it will be filled by a 4 substitute.
Section 7.5.1.1. 7 Employees who are assigned to eat their lunch with students shall not be required to 8 take an unpaid lunch period on those days.
Section 7.5.1.1. 10 In the event any trip is canceled after having been assigned, and the driver is not 11 notified of the cancellation prior to reporting for the run, such driver shall be 12 compensated two (2) hour show up time.

  • Section 6.2 13 The Association representatives may represent the Association and employees in meeting with officials 14 of the District to discuss appropriate matters of mutual interest. They may receive and investigate to 15 conclusion complaints or grievances of employees on District time and thereafter advise employees of 16 rights and procedures outlined in this Agreement and applicable regulations or directives for resolving 17 the grievances or complaints. They may not, however, continue to advise the employee on courses of 18 action after the employee has indicated a desire not to pursue a grievance. This does not, however, 19 preclude the Association's right to pursue the matter to conclusion. They may consult with the District 20 on complaints without a grievance being made by an individual employee.

  • Section 4.3 34 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 35 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.
