Common use of Section 7.4.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.4.5. 2 Only state certified employees, classified as bus drivers, employed regularly by the District, 3 meeting all state requirements for a school bus driver, shall be used to drive District school 4 busses unless no such employee is available; except that, all school activities requiring 5 transportation, involving fifteen (15) or fewer students, may be taken in a school van(s) driven 6 by District employee(s) as determined by the District.
