Section 7.3. Regular Work Shift Sample Clauses
Section 7.3. Regular Work Shift defines the standard working hours and schedule that employees are expected to follow. Typically, this clause outlines the start and end times of the workday, the number of hours in a regular shift, and may specify break periods or variations for different roles or departments. By clearly establishing the normal work schedule, this clause ensures both employer and employee have a mutual understanding of daily expectations, reducing confusion and helping to manage attendance and payroll accurately.
