Section 504 - Persons with Disabilities. The Subrecipient, in the implementation of projects funded by this Agreement and in all of its other operations, will comply with all requirements of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 USC 794) (and the implementing regulations at 24 CFR Part 8), the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (PL 101-336), and all state and local laws requiring physical and program accessibility to people with disabilities, and agrees to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify the City from and against any and all liability for any noncompliance on the part of the Subrecipient.
