Common use of Section 3.5 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.5. 30 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 Agreement on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression or identity, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, the presence 33 of any sensory, mental or physical disability, the use of a trained guide dog or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited by law.

Section 3.5. 30 22 Neither the District, nor the AssociationUnion, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 Agreement 23 on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, sexual orientation, 32 gender expression or identityage marital status, honorably 24 discharged veteran or military status, pregnancysexual orientation including gender expression or identity, the 25 presence 33 of any sensory, mental or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide dog or service animal, 26 animal by a person with a disability which does not interfere with the performance of duties or any 34 other basis prohibited by law27 endanger the health or safety of the physically handicapped person or others.

Section 3.5. 30 35 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall unlawfully discriminate against any employee subject to 36 this 31 Agreement on the basis of race, creed, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, 32 orientation 37 including gender expression or identity, religion, age, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, 38 or the presence 33 of any sensory, mental or physical disability, disability or the use of a trained dog guide dog or service animal, or any 34 other basis prohibited 39 animal by lawa disabled person.

Section 3.5. 30 2 Neither the District, nor the Association, shall discriminate against any employee subject to this 31 3 Agreement on the basis of sex, race, creed, religion, color, national origin, religion, creed, age, sexhonorably discharged 4 veteran or military status, sexual orientation, 32 orientation including gender expression or identity, honorably discharged veteran or military status, pregnancy, the presence 33 of 5 any sensory, mental mental, or physical disability, or the use of a trained dog guide dog or service animalanimal by a 6 person with a disability with respect to a position, the duties of which may be performed efficiently by 7 an individual without danger to the health or any 34 other basis prohibited by lawsafety of the disabled person or others.
