Common use of Section 3.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.1. 46 13 It is agreed that the employees in the units unit defined herein shall have and shall be protected in the 47 14 exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the AssociationAssociation as 15 authorized by RCW 41.56. 48 The freedom of such employees to assist the Association shall be 16 recognized as extending to 1 participation in the management of the Association, including presentation 17 of the views of the 2 Association to the board District Board of directors of Directors, or the District Board’s designee(s), or any 18 other governmental body, group, orgroup or individual.
