Common use of Section 3.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.1. 12 It is agreed that the employees in the unit defined herein shall have and shall be protected in the 13 exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association.

Section 3.1. 12 46 It is agreed that the employees in the unit defined herein shall have and shall be protected in the 13 47 exercise of the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association.
