Common use of Section 3.1 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.1. 29 It is agreed that all employees subject to the Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. The freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board of 33 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, or individual. The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 37

The freedom 36 of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 37 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board of 33 38 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, group or individual. The District shall take 34 39 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 40 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 41 membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to 40 assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the 41 District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 3742 43 Duly elected or appointed members of committees or delegations and all Executive Board members 44 will be allowed a reasonable amount of time to conduct Association business without loss of pay or 45 benefits.

Section 3.1. 29 27 It is agreed that all the employees subject to in the Agreement shall unit defined herein will have and shall will be protected in the exercise 28 of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. The 29 freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall will be recognized as extending to participation in 30 the 32 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board 31 of 33 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, group or individual. The District shall parties will take 34 32 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 33 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 34 membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

The freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 2 management of the AssociationUnion, including presentation of the views of the Association Union to the Superintendent and 3 to the Board of 33 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, or individualDistrict. The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain 4 from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, coercion or discrimination 5 is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

The freedom of 31 18 such employees to assist the Association Union shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 management of 19 the AssociationUnion, including presentation of the views of the Association Union to the Board of 33 Directors of the District or any 20 other governmental body, group, or individual. The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain 21 from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is 22 allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

Section 3.1. 29 34 It is agreed that all employees subject to the this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the 35 exercise of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. 36 The freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to 37 participation in the 32 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the 38 Association to the Board of 33 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, group or 39 individual. The District shall take 34 37 whatever action is required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 38 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 39 in any employee organization. 3740

Section 3.1. 29 40 It is agreed that all employees subject to the this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise of 30 the right, right to freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist support 41 the Association; provided, however, that such rights shall not be extended to include strikes, sit-ins, 42 sick-outs, and slow-downs. The freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be 43 recognized as extending to participation in the 32 management of the Association, including presentation 44 of the views of the Association to the Board of 33 Directors of the District or any other governmental 45 body, group, or individual. The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain from such action 46 in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed 47 within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

Section 3.1. 29 17 It is agreed that all employees subject to the this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise 18 of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. The freedom 19 of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 20 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board of 33 21 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, or individual. The District and PSE shall 22 take 34 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no 23 interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District district to encourage or discourage 24 membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

Section 3.1. 29 45 It is agreed that all employees subject to the this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the 46 exercise of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. 47 The freedom of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to 48 participation in the 32 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the 1 Association to the Board of 33 Directors superintendent of the District District, or his/her designated representatives, or any other 2 governmental body, group, or individual. The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain 3 from such action in order to assure ensure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or 4 discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee 5 organization. 37.

Section 3.1. 29 40 It is agreed that all employees subject to the this Agreement shall have and shall be protected in the exercise 41 of 30 the right, freely and without fear of penalty or reprisal, to join and assist the Association. The freedom 42 of 31 such employees to assist the Association shall be recognized as extending to participation in the 32 43 management of the Association, including presentation of the views of the Association to the Board of 33 44 Directors of the District or any other governmental body, group, or individual. The District shall take 34 45 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to assure employees that no interference, 35 46 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the District to encourage or discourage 47 membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.

The District shall take 34 whatever action required or refrain from such action in order to 19 assure employees that no interference, 35 restraint, coercion, or discrimination is allowed within the 20 District to encourage or discourage membership 36 in any employee organization. 37.
