Section 21.2.1 Sample Clauses

Section 21.2.1. 7 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the 8 terms and conditions of Article XXII, Section 22.3. Should the date of execution of this 9 Agreement be subsequent to the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive 10 to the effective date.
