Section 2 – Shift Differential. ‌ 5 The base wage does include shift differential for personnel permanently 6 assigned to evenings or nights, but does not include overtime, hospital-paid 7 benefits or similar allowances. Permanent assignment constitutes an 8 anticipated or realized six (6) months of assignment to the evening or night 9 shift.
