Common use of Section 19.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 19.2. 21 Employees shall be evaluated in writing using evaluation forms provided by the District. The form shall 22 be signed by the supervisor and the employee. A copy of the form shall be provided to the employee 23 following the discussion of the evaluation by the supervisor with the employee. An employee may 24 attach his/her own written comments to said evaluation.
