Common use of Section 17.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.3. 32 Employees who are permanently assigned to a position with a higher salary range on Schedule A, 33 or whose position was reclassified into a higher range, shall be placed at the lowest step on that 34 range which provides a wage increase of at least twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour. 36 Section 17.3. 37 All employees will be paid in twelve (12) monthly warrants.
