Section 17.2.3. 2 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect September 1 of each year during the term 3 of this Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously since 4 March 1 of the previous employment year.
Section 17.2.3. 32 Employees who are permanently assigned to a position with a higher salary range on Schedule A, 33 or whose position was reclassified into a higher range, shall be placed at the lowest step on that 34 range which provides a wage increase of at least twenty-five cents ($0.25) per hour. 36 Section 17.3. 37 All employees will be paid in twelve (12) monthly warrants.
Section 17.2.3. 22 Nothing in the Collective Bargaining Agreement would preclude the parties from amending 23 this contract through the use of MOU during Conference Committee Meetings.
Section 17.2.3. 46 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the 47 term of this Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at 48 least one-half (½) of the previous employment year.
Section 17.2.3. 35 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the 36 term of this Agreement. A new hire must have been employed one-half (1/2) of the annual 37 number of hours of his/her position during the prior school year to be eligible for the increment. 38
Section 17.2.3. 2 Incremental steps, where applicable and granted, shall take effect on the anniversary date of 3 employment of each year.
Section 17.2.3. 35 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on the first day of the school year which 36 is reflected in the district’s fiscal year; provided, the employee has been actively employed 37 continuously for at least one-half (½) of the previous employment year. 39 Section 17.3. 40 For purposes of calculating daily hours, time worked shall be rounded to the next one-quarter (¼) hour. 41
Section 17.2.3. 15 Nothing contained in this section shall in any regard limit the operation of other sections of this 16 Article.
Section 17.2.3. Step 3. 37 If no settlement has been reached within the five (5) days referred to in the preceding 38 subsection, and the Association believes the grievance to be valid, a written statement of 39 grievance shall be submitted within fifteen (15) workdays to the District superintendent or his 40 designee. After such submission, the parties will have ten (10) workdays from submission of 41 the written statement of grievance to resolve it by indicating on the statement of grievance the 42 disposition. If an agreeable disposition is made, all parties to the grievance shall sign it.
Section 17.2.3. 22 Incremental steps, where applicable and granted, shall take effect on the anniversary date of 23 employment of each year.
