Common use of Section 17.2.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 17.2.3. 28 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the 29 term of this Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at 30 least one-half (½) of the previous employment year.

Section 17.2.3. 28 2 Incremental steps, where applicable, shall take effect on September 1 of each year during the 29 term 3 of this Agreement; provided, the employee has been actively employed continuously for at 30 least one-half (½) since 4 March 1 of the previous employment year.
